Center Point Meditation
An individual’s “Center Point” is exactly what it sounds like. Everyone has a balance point for their physical, emotional, and mental states. With this meditation the client is instructed on how to return themselves to the balance point of each of these states. When achieved a person is in their most balanced state of being. This practice is an expedited technology for reaching that equanimity.

This establishes a “balanced state” where emotions, mental processes, and physical sensations can be made calm. Through a physical practice of reordering the individual’s Center Point, external turbulences can be detached and released. You are invited to book a session for this practice once or more often. Over time, the client can make this practice a part of their daily life to achieve greater levels of inner peace. This Centerpoint Meditation is a great tool to have at one’s fingertips.
